If you suffered a birth injury from labour or delivery after October 1, 2022, Return to Form can submit a claim on your behalf. We can then build a treatment plan that has the biggest impact possible. Birth injury and aftercare are now covered by ACC, including prolapses, dislocations, tears, hematomas, and more. Now, new mothers have access to care earlier and may begin to recover faster and with more confidence.
