Our strength and balance classes for over 50s are small group-based sessions run by a senior physiotherapist, who tailors the class to your level and needs.
The class is conducted as a 45 minute circuit, working all your major muscle groups, postural muscles, and balance muscles to ensure you feel strong and stable when doing the things you love.
This class is suitable for older adults who want to get stronger and improve their balance. Our physio-led exercise classes focus on:
