We offer small group Pilates classes, led by trained physio-pilates instructors, as well as one on one sessions. With a physio leading your training you can be sure that you will be getting the best personalised advice for your body.

Sessions

Pilates transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.

It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion.

With one on one sessions, you’ll get a completely personalised programme led by a specially trained physio/pilates instructor. This will encorpoartes equipment and floor based work

Small Groups

Want to join a fun and exciting Pilates class while working on a toned, strong body?

Pilates is a regime of exercise focusing on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Clinical Pilates harnesses physios’ understanding of body mechanics to tailor exercises to your needs.

In particular, Pilates classes teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

10 People Max

All classes (max 10 people but usually class has 4-6) are taken by a physio and pilates trained instructor with hands on correction as needed. Our small classes allow us to walk around and correct your movements as needed

We strongly recommend a 1:1 session (30-60 mins) with one of our instructors before you join any of our casual classes, thus ensuring we are aware of any particular issues you may have and provide you with pilates basics, so that you get the optimum from your classes.

Small group classes may be mat  or equipment based

Small group equipment Pilates class, (max 3/4 people) 6 week block concessions and casual rates available. We also offer 1:1 Pilates equipment sessions.
