We offer small group Pilates classes in Ponsonby, led by trained physio-pilates instructors, as well as one on one sessions in Ponsonby and Wynyard Quarter. With a physio leading your training you can be sure that you will be getting the best personalised advice for your body.
Suitable for all ages and levels, hands-on correction and facilitation of all movements in a safe, fun environment.
