
Lucy is an experienced receptionist and administrator with over 10 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. She is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in History and English. Lucy began her career in retail, where she developed strong customer service skills and learned the importance of truly listening to each client and understanding their individual needs. She then spent over five years in a clinical practice management role, where she honed her abilities in managing first-call enquiries, answering client questions, and efficient diary management, all while maintaining empathy and flexibility. She is passionate about fostering a close and positive team environment and is committed to delivering the highest level of care and a positive experience for every client. One of Lucy’s key strengths is her ability to assist clients who are in pain by skillfully juggling the appointment schedule to fit them in on the same day, helping them manage their symptoms and return to the physical activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Lucy loves spending time in nature. She enjoys hiking, ocean swims, walking, reading, and has a strong affection for animals. She also loves to travel whenever the opportunity arises.
