Charlotte trained at the University of Otago and was based in both Dunedin and Wellington. She enjoys analysing movement patterns to identify solutions that reduce pain and promote recovery. During her final year of university, Charlotte completed numerous placements, including on the neurosurgical ward, in a neuro-rehab community team, and in private practice. Of these, she found musculoskeletal injuries interested her the most. She really enjoys helping people return to their regular activities and achieve their goals.

A recent success story: A client came to see Charlotte after having a total hip replacement. She had been struggling with years of pain and weakness, which had limited her ability to play with her grandkids and engage in her hobbies. Following her surgery, Charlotte worked with her on regaining her strength and mobility, as well as focusing on more specific movements to help her return to gardening. The client was able to leave Physiotherapy feeling strong and with increased confidence in herself and her abilities.

Outside of physiotherapy, Charlotte enjoys CrossFit, running, cafe hopping, and travelling.
