Timetable

We have classes at a variety of times available during the week, these are:

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
5:45 – 6:30 pm 12:30 – 1:30 pm 9 – 10 am 6 – 7 pm

– All classes (max 8 people but usually class has 3-6) are taken by a physio and pilates trained instructor with hands on correction as needed.

– Small group equipment Pilates class, (max 3/4 people) 6 week block concessions and casual rates available

– Gravity classes
1:1, 1:2 or small group (max 4 people) Gravity circuit class.

Note: Min 2 people required to start a new class

We also offer Pinc and Steel cancer rehab programmes.

Prices

$25 casual, concession card 5 for $110 or 10 classes for $220.
1:1 and 1:2 available, prices on request.

We strongly recommend a 1:1 session (30-60 mins) with one of our instructors before you join any of our casual classes, thus ensuring we are aware of any particular issues you may have and provide you with pilates basics, so that you get the optimum from your classes.

Want to join a fun and exciting class while working on a toned, strong body?

Pilates is a regime of exercise focusing on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Clinical Pilates harnesses physio’s understanding of body mechanics to tailor exercises to your needs.

In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
