“Zee is extremely customer-focused in her business and her treatments and always provides the best possible balance of treatment/therapy to ensure long-term rehabilitation. All of my treatments with Zee (and with her other therapists at Return to Form) have helped me recover fully from injury with no recurrence, so I’m very happy!”

“I would just like to take the time to say a huge thank you for your sponsorship and support during my Miss Universe New Zealand experience. Unfortunately i didn’t take home the crown but i couldn’t have got as far as i did if it wasn’t for your support! Dan was amazing to work with and he comes highly recommended to any one who asks.
Once again thanks for everything, hope to see you all soon.”

I have seen Zee for various sports related injuries as well as care after pregnancy over the years. To me she is an excellent physiotherapist as she is qualified in a wide range of skills from massage to acupuncture.
She teaches any follow up exercises thoroughly and I have found the acupuncture extremely helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a high standard of physiotherapy and also wants a holistic approach, I often refer family and friends to her.

Zee was recommended to me by my sister. I had relentless sciatica that developed in my right leg after a fall on my right knee almost two years ago. I was in agony most of the time and could not sit down.
Finally after about three months of delay tactics I went to see Zee and started treatment with acupuncture and deep massage, and she started me on pilates as well. After several months things started calming down, but the progress was very very slow as it is for most disc problems. After two years I still have the odd twinge, but can cope with this. The most important thing for me was Zee’s reassurance that I would return to normal, and her confidence in her ability to deal with the problem, without recourse to surgery. When I felt like giving up on exercises and collapsing in a heap, she kept me being positive. The mind challenge was pretty hard when you can’t sit down and you are in constant pain.
