The Pilates Pinc & Steel programmes have been specifically designed to inspire and encourage women & men diagnosed with cancer to regain their physical strength, and endurance and incorporate exercise into their lifestyle.
Pinc NEXT STEPS is a group exercise programme for women (and men) who have finished their main breast cancer treatments and want to take the next steps on their road to recovery.
The programme is fully covered and runs for one hour per week over ten weeks. Each class combines the very best pilates, yoga, and cardio exercises to improve your health and fitness and to help rebuild strength, flexibility, and stamina. The programme is delivered by only certified PINC Cancer Rehab Physiotherapists and Return To Form is proud to be a Pinc NEXT STEPS provider.
