All classes (max 10 people but usually class has 4-6) are taken by a physio and pilates trained instructor with hands on correction as needed. Our small classes allow us to walk around and correct your movements as needed
We strongly recommend a 1:1 session (30, 45 or 60 mins, ACC or Private) with one of our instructors before you join any of our casual classes, thus ensuring we are aware of any particular issues you may have and provide you with pilates basics, so that you get the optimum from your classes.
Small group classes may be mat or equipment based.
