Total Gym GTS

At Return to Form studio there are no gym fees to pay, you achieve the individual goals you want with a programme designed just for you with one to one assistance and direction.

You also have access to state of the art equipment such as Total Gym GTS.

One on one personal training, 2:1 and group sessions are available with our personal trainer, Our Team.

We have two Total Gym GTS machines allowing you to maximise the full potential of your muscles in isolation. These are also used for Pilates based exercises.

Gravity Group Fitness Classes

We now offer Group Fitness Classes using our gravity machines, that allow you to get the most out of a personal trainer at a reasonable price. We offer 6 week beginner courses in groups of 4, every Thursday at 5pm.

Get the most out of your exercise with small groups that help keep you motivated and the benefits of one on one personal training, without the huge cost.

Bookings are essential and a payment upfront is required.

On your first physio appointment, bring along any other important information, such as any specialists, X-ray reports etc and it’s a good idea to write down any points or questions beforehand so you don’t forget.

We have an informal relaxed environment so don’t be afraid to ask questions; wear clothes that you’ll be comfortable to move in. You are welcome to bring support with you (whanau/family or friend).
