Return to Form needs an operations manager responsible for making the business hum and grow.
You are basically a super human. You understand about business, you care about people and you like to get things done. You have a tertiary qualification and you are ready to take a step forward in your career. You are ready to shine.
Of course, having excellent communications skills is a must. You have initiative, drive to develop the business and of course, you work well autonomously and as well as part of a team.
- You are interested in health.

- Experience of an Agile and/or startup environment.

At Return to Form we have resident physios, acupuncturists, massage therapist, Yogi, personal trainer and nutritionist/naturopath. We also have a specialist physio in pelvic floor health, and cancer rehab inc. Pinc & Steel cancer rehab programs.
We are growing and that is why we need you. Your key objective is to grow the business while ensuring that it functions well on a day to day basis. You won’t be given a prescriptive job description, you will be given goals and expectations. You will create your own role out of these requirements. Of course, support and coaching will be offered when you want. You will be supporting and coaching others too.
You will be based in Ponsonby, although some travel will be required to our new location in New Lynn, and others as they are developed. Of course, we will talk about that once we get face to face.
