Zee qualified from the University of Brighton (England) in 1994. After working in a combined setting of paediatrics and general adult physio she made the switch to clinic based work on moving to New Zealand.
Zee is owner and principal physio at Return to Form. She has a hands on holistic approach combining her acupuncture, pilates and general physio skills for her clients needs. Her specialty is pelvic floor health, men & women and cancer rehabilitation. Zee works closely with Urologists/Oncologists for men undergoing Prostate surgery. Zee has completed various post graduate courses including acupuncture for women’s health problems acupuncture in pregnancy&childbirth, Cancer rehab and is a Pinc & Steel cancer rehab certified physio.
Zee is certified on the Total Gym Gravity and uses this in her rehab of clients with ACC injuries, cancer rehabilitation, general health& fitness as well as equipment Pilates classes.
Zee often returns to the UK for courses to keep up to date with the latest techniques and skills, That may not be available in NZ.
Personal goal: Keep on running half marathons for chosen charities
Lachlan qualified with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from University of Otago in 2013 with a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions and exercise rehabilitation.
Lachlan has completed post graduate courses in; dry needling acupuncture to help with reduction of pain and muscle tightness and Pilates to help strengthen and stabilise muscles following injury or to prevent further problems. He is alos working with pre and post Prostate cancer men to rehabilitate back to full active living by combating incontinence, erectile dysfunction and regaining fitness after surgery.
Lachlan teaches Pilates classes as well as 1:1 Pilates work at Return To Form to help his clients achieve the best results possible.
Lachlan is passionate about his fitness with an interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals in and out of the clinic, so you might just get a little bit of homework to keep you going between sessions!
Madi joins us with the latest evidence and skills to get you back to Form.
With a combination of hands on and exercise therapy she will have you back to doing the things you are missing out on!
Kara completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from AUT in 2017. Working part time as a receptionist at Return to Form throughout the degree, Kara now joins the team as a new graduate physiotherapist.
She has a special interest in osteoarthritis and self-management for long term conditions. Previous to her studies at AUT, Kara completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Anthropology from Auckland University. She also has 3 years experience of volunteering at the Les Mills Adaptive Athlete program that is run for school children with physical and intellectual impairments.
In her spare time, Kara enjoys keeping active with outdoor adventure, social touch games and beach swims.
Sarah is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist that is passionate about the human body and its movement. Sarah graduated with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, Ireland. She started off her career with rugby teams and has expanded her skill set since then as a Mulligan Practitioner, a gentle and effect join mobilisation technique used to decrease pain and improve movement.
In 2017, Sarah did further studies in Connect Therapy and the Thoracic Ring approach. This is an extraordinary evidence-based treatment modality to effectively assess and treat the thoracic spine and ribs.
Sarah is a certified Pilates instructor and Yoga teacher as well. It is Sarah’s goal to provide her clients with the highest level of care. She believes in creating an individual care plan for each of her clients, and will use her broad skill set in helping her clients achieve their goals. Book in with Sarah for private or group sessions.
Lisa originally trained as a nurse and did lecturing in Korea before moving to New Zealand and retrained as a acupuncturist and traditional medicine practitioner.
Lisa can provide you relief from a variety of conditions ranging from IBS and digestive problems, diabetes, weight control. Women’s health issues, anxiety, emotional problems & stress,headaches, to skin disorders.
Lisa is an experienced practitioner of other traditional modalities such as: Moxa, cupping, electro acupuncture, Light therapy and will formulate a plan with her clients to offer a combination of modalities that best suit her clients.
Lisa works closely with the physios to ensure full holistic management and sees ACC and private clients.
Sharon joins our team with seven years’ experience in Chinese Medicine. Coming from China, Sharon started her life in New Zealand in 2013.
Healing her clients through natural methods provides her with a tremendous amount of satisfaction. Sharon treats ACC and internal conditions using a wide range of treatment modalities such as cupping, moxa, electro-therapy and massage.

Nellie Pigot is a UK trained nutritionist and naturopath and has been practising since 1999. She has worked as the nutritionist for a major London investment bank and as a naturopath in an integrated practice working alongside medical GP’s. Consequently Nellie is very experienced in interpreting diagnostic medical tests.
Her areas of expertise are treating digestive disorders, food allergies and intolerance, women’s health, optimising thyroid function. She works on increasing energy levels through manageable dietary and lifestyle changes with the help of short term vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements.
Dan’s love for sports and fitness has been a driving force in his life since a young age. Over the past seven years he has worked to turn this passion into a career. Dan combines technical knowledge and expertise with his own extensive experience as an athlete and sports person in order to provide efficient & effective training results. His natural enthusiasm and relaxed communication style ensure that client motivation is maintained.
Dan’s session are tailored to the individuals needs and fun! Sometimes there is so much laughter coming from our in house studio, that we wander if they are just doing laugh training!

Alex joins our team as a Personal trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.
Currently studying as a physiotherapy student, Alex has worked for Vision Personal Training and AUT Millenium. Alex looks forward to working with you to bring a difference to your life, whether its through training, massage, dietary advice, or just sharing a laugh.
Maria was born and raised in Brazil, before moving to Auckland 6 years ago. Her love for nature, beautiful scenery and the ocean has kept her here, despite her coming from a beautiful island back home. She thrives on the creative energy and passion associated with industry.
Maria’s love for yoga started a few years ago, and her lust for life is always contagious. Maria started teaching purely as a passion to share with people the importance of a mind body connection, as well as health and fitness. Her classes are small and fun with hands on adjustments if needed.
When she is not working, teaching, or practicing yoga, she is camping, surfing, or hiking. She is always reading and loves a good book recommendation. Drop her a line sometime!
Bruna joins us from Brazil. She has experience in a variety of massage therapies including: sports, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, pre-surgical, post-surgical, modelling and relaxation massage.
