You’ll enjoy assisting customers in this thriving holistic physio business. First and foremost, you will be the face of the practice and manage bookings, inventory and stock, debtors and creditors, as well as reconcile ACC invoicing. Based at the Ponsonby branch you will occasionally support the Wynyard Quarter branch as needed.
You’ll start at 8am each day to clear messages and book people in and work 20-30 hours per week. We are happy to discuss preferred days and the 8am start is negotiable. Depending on your skills there is the potential to be involved in assisting with employee recruitment, induction, and termination processes.
You’ll be well-presented to represent our health practice. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with clients and staff, and are careful with details. Organised and punctual you can multitask and pick up new systems quickly. Naturally, you have excellent communication skills and are computer literate. Experience in a similar setting or ACC processes is an advantage but not necessary.
