Supported by admin/reception staff you’ll provide support to the owner/head physio to sustain and grow the business. You’ll manage and assist with employee recruitment, induction, and termination processes, and assist clients, manage bookings, inventory and stock management, debtors and creditors, as well as ACC invoicing.
You’re a high-energy Practice Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with clients and staff, and is careful with details. You are happy to be involved in growing the business as well as running the day-to-day. Organised and punctual you can multitask and pick up new systems quickly. Naturally, you have excellent communication skills and are computer literate. Experience in a similar setting or ACC processes is an advantage.
Return to Form is an innovative physiotherapy and holistic health clinic, with locations in Ponsonby, Wynyard Quarter and New Lynn. Our physios and other health practitioners help people with reducing pain, improving their movements and regaining quality of life after illness such as cancer and help with improving their general health and wellbeing.
The role is permanent and hours are 20-30 hours per week, with potential to grow. You will be based in Ponsonby.
